1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Wash Direct's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Products and Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 business days within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Contact us at hello@washdirect.co.nz to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Warranties
Our products come with manufacturer warranties as specified on each product page. Warranty claims should be directed to us at hello@washdirect.co.nz.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wash Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
